Under this Agreement, the payment processing services for the goods and services purchased on this website are provided by Luckyiu Company Limited, depending on the type of payment method used to purchase the goods and services. These terms shall be governed by Chinese law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both sides shall submit their claims to the Chinese courts in Guangzhou.
Luckyiu reserves the right to explain this statement in the scope of the law, and has the right to amend this statement at any time.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of China without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If it enters the judicial process, the parties to the Terms and Conditions hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chinese courts in Guangzhou.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we can not accept and must cancel.
When you make a purchase, you agree that the risk of loss transfers from Luckyiu to you from the moment we deliver your order to the carrier. You will bear all related liabilities and risks during the third-party transportation of your order.
If you did not receive any products, please contact us and we will ship again the product you ordered after confirming some details.

Use of Luckyiu:
You represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of your parents or guardian. You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you, regardless of whether or not you authorized such access to and use of this site.
Notice:
Luckyiu.com can ship from different warehouses. For orders with more than item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
